Chase discovered that it didn't. He began to develop a map for influence and behavior profiling to enable people in our agencies to read humans,

and influence their behavior. It all started with The Behavioral Table of Elements.

Later, this blueprint of behavior provided crucial elements that enabled targeted persuasion, instead of the 'pretty effective' methods that had been previously taught.
